Meet Guilherme, the creative mastermind behind Mind Hous' marketing and design projects. With a wealth of expertise in marketing, advertising, design, and communications, and a unique perspective on Latin America, Guilherme has been responsible for creating impactful merchandising materials for Santander Bank Brazil and implementing digital solutions for over 3,000 locations across the country.
With an entrepreneurial mother, Guilherme has been doing freelance work for years and co-founding Mind Hous was a natural next step in his entrepreneurial journey.

Heath is a seasoned business leader with nearly 25 years of experience in healthcare, insurance, and real estate. With a career that includes leadership roles at the fastest-growing private company in the US, a Fortune 20 company, and start-ups he co-founded, Heath is no stranger to success. He has served on boards and planning committees for numerous charities and professional organizations.
Heath's achievements include being nominated as Small Business Owner of the Year, receiving recognition for his healthcare business being in the top 1% of 45,000 senior care businesses in the United States, being awarded the Columbus Business First 40 Under 40 award, and twice being appointed by Ohio governors to a state advisory council for aging. With a proven track record of building a multi-regional, multi-million-dollar company with 50+ employees, Heath brings valuable insights and understanding of the business development, organizational development, and operations challenges small business and start-up leaders face.
