We may have several options for Services. Certain options may be, at our discretion, provided to you free of charge, but mainly, the Services require payment before you can access or use them.

You may purchase a paid subscription by paying a subscription fee in advance on a monthly, yearly, or other basis or some other recurring interval disclosed to you prior to your purchase on the Website. We may change the price of the subscription fee, at our sole discretion, with a 5-working-day notice. If you do not agree with a price change, you have the right to reject the change by unsubscribing from the subscription before the price change.

Your Subscription will automatically renew at the end of the applicable subscription period unless you cancel your subscription before the end of the then-current subscription period. The cancellation will take effect on the last day of the subscription period.

Mind Hous offers a 14-day customer satisfaction period for quarterly, bi-annual, and annual subscriptions only. Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. This is not applicable for renewals.

Beyond that 14-day window of your first quarterly, bi-annual, and annual subscription, no refunds are possible under any circumstance, including unused time or change of plan. You are responsible for using the service after payment.

If you take advantage of the 14-day customer satisfaction period or other refunds, Mind Hous will keep ownership of the rights to any work created during that time, and it may not be used for any purposes.

3. Third-Party Services

The Website may include links to other sites, applications, and platforms (hereinafter the "Linked Websites").

We do not control the Linked Websites and shall not be responsible for their content and other materials. We make these links available to you for functionality or Services on the Website.
