You can find estimated timelines for various project types in the pricing page. These estimates are based on our experience but aren’t set in stone, as design involves not only creativity but also research, planning, and testing to ensure the best outcome. Timelines may vary depending on the complexity of the project and any adjustment requests. However, we strive to deliver within the estimated timeframe whenever possible.

Yes, all plans require a minimum commitment of 3 months. After that, you can cancel at any time.

“Unlimited” means you can submit as many requests as you like through your client portal, provided the scope of each project fits within the available work hours in your plan.

Our flat-rate plans cover a big variety of design services, including: Graphic design for digital and print materials Landing page design Collateral design UX/UI design Presentation design 3D modeling Logo Design Websites Visual Identities and more. If you don’t see the service you need listed on our website, we encourage you to ask our team about it. We only showcase the most common projects externally.

Yes! You'll have access to a dedicated Slack channel with your Mind Hous project manager and designer. Use this channel to share project details, references, and materials, ask questions, and receive real-time updates.

If you require more design hours than your plan provides, you can either upgrade your subscription or purchase additional hours for the month at a slightly higher rate.

Absolutely. All work we create for you is exclusively yours. Once the final files are delivered, you have full ownership and are free to use them however you like. Source files (e.g., PSD, AI, INDD, FIG) are also available upon request.
